Summer Luau at Walters San Diego
One of the best ways to start off August is with a party. Walters Wholesale Electric in San Diego kicked off the month with a luau for over 300 electrical contractors. The August 1st show boasted numerous manufacturers’ booths, the Walters tool division truck, Walters low voltage division, a Hawaiian feast, and live music from Caliber.
Manufacturers, representatives, and Walters staff dressed in Hawaiian themed clothing and decorated their booths as well. In addition to the festive trade show guest enjoyed a catered Hawaiian lunch and raffles throughout the event. Guests also had the opportunity to win the grand prize a 42” flat screen television.
Electrical News attended the event taking pictures, video, and meeting with some of the many manufacturers. Some of the manufactures in attendance included SCI lighting solutions, Elspec, Eaton, Hall Research, ICC, Vitek, 3M, Computer Ganz, Acuity Brands, Western automation Inc., Mircom, Delta, And Western Tube & Conduit.
