Saving Money with JM Solar
Going green can mean energy savings and saving money. JM Solar can help clients do both. Electrical News recently visited with Joe Mendoza Owner of JM Solar to learn about energy savings and utilizing the sun’s energy for home and commercial usage.
Joe’s journey into solar energy began in 2004 when he came up with the idea to create a solar light. He has since developed 1-7 watt LED DC bulbs that are equivalent to 60 watts and a 10 watt LED DC bulb equivalent to 100 watts. His LED DC bulbs are mercury free and have been installed into several commercial and residential sites in southern California.
Joe has partnered with two local companies that make products in California. Electro-Tech in Corona has been working with LED since 1980 and can produce and retrofit LED that has no heat issues. Sun-Earth solar panels manufactures its own panels and has been doing so since 1975. Working with local companies that have been in the industry for decades is what helps JM Solar provide quality custom projects for his customers.
