Electrical Distributors Company Hosts Counter Day
On September 12th, Electrical Distributors Company and GE Lighting hosted a counter day and Dunk Tank Event.
Electrical Distributors had 15 volunteer/victims rotating into the tank, from sales, marketing, credit and management. The dunking started at 9:00 (the water was crisp) and lasted until just after 2:00. Hot dogs were flying off the grill at 11:30.
Customers seemed a little apprehensive at first with the dunking, but with some good natured ribbing about having no throwing arm, things started heating up – or if you were in the tank – cooling off. The event was a major success as all EDC employees got to dunk the bosses. Customers enjoyed dunking the credit manager and their favorite sales person.
