Safety and reliability will be the focus on Monday, February 18, 2013, the first day of PowerTest 2013, an event hosted by NETA (InterNational Electrical Testing Association). Attendees can choose from twenty-seven, forty-five minute technical presentations and a three-hour Symposium. The twenty-seven technical presentations cover the technical tracks of Safety, Reliability, Relays, Equipment, and Circuit Breakers.
